This week Taden and I have been visiting my parents in The Villages, Florida for some much needed grandparents time and spoiling! We are spending lots of time outside in the warm Florida sun and snuggling and kissing on our little man. Last week we ventured down to Orlando to head to Sea World for the day. My family has always had a love for Sea World and the magnificent animals and breathtaking shows in that theme park. The park again did not disappoint!
The Shamu Show
^^We officially have a walker! He has been cruising all over the entire trip making for one tired mama!!
^^They have 6 killer whales at this park! It was amazing to see all of them perform in the show at one time. They are amazing animals with great strength and wisdom.
^^They are not kidding when they mark the first 15 rows as “Splash Zone.” People walked away completely drenched as if they had just jumped in the water with the killer whales.
The Dolphin Show
^^We were sitting closer in the audience for this show and Taden held onto me so tightly. He loved the show and was completely mesmerized by the dolphins, but was also a little scared. He made it quite difficult taking pictures and holding him at the same time. I am always up for a challenge though!
The Penguin Exhibit
^^ Sea World Orlando opened a new exhibit this summer where you are able to walk through and literally be inches away from life penguins! We missed the exhibit when we visited Sea World in April, but made it this time. Walking through the exhibit you could literally reach your hand out and touch the penguins (though, you are not supposed to!).
The Dolphin Cove
^^Sea World has an amazing exhibit where you can stand around the dolphin cove and watch the dolphins play and interact with one another, and if you are lucky even be able to touch one! The dolphins were very playful and engaging while we were there and I was able to capture some great photos!
^^They will literally come right up to you and let you touch them!! Beautiful creatures.
The End of the Day
^^One tired baby!! He had so much fun at the park and he lasted until we were literally walking out (always happens!!). I am loving this age and being able to stimulate him with so many different things and shows. He continues to amaze me daily!
